Deburring discs made for use in automatic machines, like Quickwood machines

14" deburring discs

The 14" disc is the larger of the two deburring sizes: more rim speed and more reach per revolution, which earns its keep on bigger laser-cut parts and machines set up for wider working envelopes. Like the 12", it is a flexible abrasive disc that works the edge and skates the face — burrs and dross go, dimensions and flatness stay, which is why deburred parts still gauge, weld and coat correctly.

Building the stack

Discs stack on the machine arbor with 32mm and 50mm spacers setting the gap: tight spacing for aggressive edge-breaking on straight profiles, open spacing for contoured parts and soft, uniform radii. Boxes of 100 keep a production stack fed as rim wear rotates discs out.

14" or 12"?

If the machine and parts do not demand the extra diameter, the 12" discs are the default. The full breakdown of disc deburring — and when flap wheels are the better abrasive family — is in the deburring guide.
