The 6" flap wheel
The 6" sits between the hand-held sizes and the big bench wheels: more width and more abrasive per revolution than a 4", without the footprint of the spindle-bench setup the 8"–12" wheels want. It suits shops stepping up from drill-mounted sanding to a dedicated station for mid-size parts — chair components, rails, small doors.
Choosing grit and trim
The full P60–P320 range fits as 28-strip replacement sets on the re-flappable hub, with 45mm standard or 65mm tall trim for deep profiles. Match grit to stage with the grit guide — and keep two loaded hubs, one coarse and one fine, to cover prep and finishing without re-flapping mid-job.
The neighbors
