Shipping Policy
Free ground shipping on US orders over $500. If your order subtotal is $500 or more, ground shipping anywhere in the United States is free. There is nothing to enter and no code to apply — the discount appears automatically at checkout.
Orders under $500 are charged live UPS ground rates. We do not use a flat fee or a guessed estimate. The rate is pulled directly from UPS at checkout based on the destination ZIP code and the actual weight of the items in your cart, and it is shown to you before you pay.
How to see your exact shipping cost
Add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address. The UPS ground rate for your order appears in the shipping section before the payment step. You can change quantities or remove items and the rate updates. You are never charged before seeing the total.
Dispatch time
Stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse in Florida, Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. UPS Ground transit time from Florida is typically 1–2 business days in the Southeast, 3–4 business days in the Midwest and Northeast, and 4–5 business days to the West Coast. Transit time is in addition to dispatch time.
Large machines and freight items
Sanding machines, table sanders, drying racks and other oversized items ship by freight rather than UPS parcel, and freight is quoted separately. If your cart contains one of these items, contact us at jim@quickwood.com or 1-866-888-5858 and we will quote the freight cost for your delivery address before the order is processed.
